Welcome to Florisu Mall. Florisu Mall is operated by Liberty Glow Naturals LLC ("Florisu Mall," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of florisu.com, including purchases of products and related services.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account, billing, and shipping information and to protect your account credentials.

2. Products, descriptions, and pricing

We aim to display products, colors, packaging, prices, and availability accurately. Minor variations may occur. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change before an order is accepted. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or reject or cancel orders affected by fraud, stock shortages, pricing errors, or legal restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

3. Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch, subject to applicable law. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total.

4. Product use and safety

Read and follow all labels, instructions, warnings, age restrictions, and safety information supplied with a product. Patch-test topical beauty products when appropriate and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Use tools, electrical goods, cleaners, pest-control products, batteries, and other potentially hazardous items only as directed and keep them away from children and pets where indicated. 5. Shipping, returns, and subscriptions

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and subscription cancellation policy form part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights prevail where they apply.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its original text, graphics, logos, photographs, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Florisu Mall and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, image, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute it for operating and promoting the store. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site unlawfully; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content in violation of law; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent information; or infringe the rights of others.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, review platforms, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Florisu Mall will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Liberty Glow Naturals LLC and its affiliates against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

12. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or dispute rights available under the laws of their place of residence.
