Refund policy

At Florisu Beauty, we stand behind the quality of every products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, our 30-day return policy is here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items returned beyond this window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened & Sealed: The product must be in its original packaging with the manufacturer's seal intact.
  • Unused: Products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons (except in cases of defects).
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or original receipt is required.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@florisu.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos showing the issue (including the shipping label).

We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping required.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at service@florisu.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping address.
  3. Important: Do not send items back without an RMA, as they cannot be processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer's Fault (change of mind, wrong size ordered): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Florisu Beauty's Fault (defective, wrong item, damaged in transit): We will cover all return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the shipping process. After this window, the standard return policy applies.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Free promotional items.
  • Items purchased during clearance or marked "Final Sale".
