1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier capacity issues during peak seasons.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information typically activates within 24-48 hours of dispatch. You can track your order anytime via our Track Order page.

4. Address Accuracy

Florisu Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier within 3 business days.
  • Contact us at service@florisu.com if your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ business days). We will work with the carrier to investigate.

6. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Florisu Beauty is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

7. Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us at service@florisu.com within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
