Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my tracking number?

After your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from Florisu Beauty containing your tracking number. Please check your inbox — and don't forget to look in spam or promotions. You can also find it by logging into your account on florisu.com.

My tracking number shows no results or "not found".

This is completely normal if your order was just shipped. It takes 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update tracking information. Please try again after 2 days. If it still shows nothing after 3 business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

My package hasn't moved in several days. Is it lost?

Not necessarily. International shipments can experience gaps in tracking updates, especially during customs clearance or carrier hand-offs. This is common and usually resolves within a few days. If there are no updates for more than 7 business days, please reach out and we will file a trace with the carrier.

Tracking says "Delivered" but I didn't receive my package.

First, check with neighbors, your front desk, or any secure parcel area. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before drop-off. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please email us with your order number.

Please do not file a chargeback — we will work with the carrier and arrange a re-shipment or refund right away.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination (after 1–3 business day processing):

United States 5–7 business days
Canada 8–15 business days
United Kingdom 7–12 business days
Australia 8–10 business days
European Union 8–14 business days

Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?

For most destinations, no. Florisu Beauty ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where available — we absorb import duties and taxes on your behalf. For a small number of regions, local duties may still apply at delivery. Please review the checkout summary for any applicable fees.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible before your order has been shipped — usually within 12 hours of order placement. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once the package is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.

Please contact us first. We can almost always resolve your issue faster than a bank dispute — typically within 24 hours. Chargebacks can take 60–90 days to process; we offer immediate solutions like re-shipment, refund, or replacement.
